About the centre

The Health and Family Welfare Training Centre at Malaparamba, Kozhikode is a regional training centre serving the seven districts of northern Kerala: Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Palakkad and Thrissur.

It conducts in-service training for Health Department staff and runs the Diploma in Health Inspector course. The centre has four training halls, which are also used by the District Medical Office and other Health Department offices for meetings and training.
